LONDON — On his nationwide tour of N.F.L. stadiums a few years ago, Adam Goldstein sampled just about every delicacy tailgaters cooked up: cheese steaks, jambalaya, bratwurst, clam chowder and once, to his dismay, raccoon fajitas.
